League of Legends Patch 10.25 is scheduled to go live on Wednesday, Dec. 9. Gameplay design director, Mark Yetter released a preview for what Patch 10.25 is focused on.
Yetter's patch preview shows expected changes to a few ADC champions including Samira, Jhin, and Twitch. These changes may bring a shift to the ADC tier list. Let's take a look.

League of Legends Patch 10.25 ADC Tier List
ADC S Tier
Samira and Jhin are both being nerfed in Patch 10.25. Although I don't think this will cause either one to falter from the top of the tier list. Joining them are Vayne and Kaisa as the most dominant ADCs for the upcoming patch.
ADC A Tier
Adc Tier S10
The A tier should see Twitch rise from his current B tier position with the expected buff to his Ambush (Q) attack speed, Venom Cask (W) slow amount, and Spray and Pray (R) bonus attack damage. The nontraditional ADC, Swain, falls in the A tier, as well as Miss Fortune and Tristana.
ADC B Tier
Falling into the B tier we find Kog'Maw, Ashe, and Xayah. These champions lack the base damage to completely bully a lane and rely on strong teamwork to be effective. This makes choosing them in solo queue an immediate disadvantage.
ADCs aren't the only champions being nerfed and buffed with Patch 10.25. Check out tier lists for support and mid lane.
Riot Games' lead gameplay designer, Mark Yetter, has released the changes we will see in patch 10.15. There are some significant adjustments for the bot lane which could change the current meta. That's why we've prepared a list of champions you should play in the AD carry position.
Ashe holds the by far highest win rate for the bot lane position with 52.73 per cent at the moment. Her ability to kite away from the opponents as well as provide one of the best initiation tools in the game make her the single best pick for the bot lane at the moment.
Caitlyn will get some small buffs to her base AD and movement speed in the next patch which could improve her laning phase. Ezreal has the highest pick rate for the ADC role, probably thanks to his safe which makes him the go-to champion for auto-filled players.
Riot Games Vayne is still the best choice against a tanky team composition

Adc Tier List Patch 11.5
The upcoming nerfs could be the final nail in the coffin for the infamous Aphelios. His kit will get heavily targeted, especially the popular '200 years' outplay potential which we probably won't be seeing as much once the new patch arrives.
Adc Tier List
Thanks to the repeated nerfs, Varus managed to take Lucian's spot as the worst AD carry in the game, at least according to the win percentage charts. He currently holds a 46.16 per cent win rate which means that you should probably stay away from him.
